Machining

We are a fully equipped CNC machine shop  with vertical milling machines, horizontal boring mills, turning centers and a surface grinder.

We will work with you to provide the machining expectations you require, whether it’s a prototype, one part, a few parts, or a production run.

Our operators are equipped with tablets so they are connected to the latest information on the job board, and we're able to see the status of your job at any time.

Fabricating

Our dedicated fabricating area has a large layout table which allows us to fab assemblies that require a degree of tolerance.

We have mig and tig welding capabilities.

Our latest addition is a cobot welder which allows us to produce quality and appealing assemblies whether its a single, a few or a production run.

We are able to complement our fabrication services with a design department so that we can work with you to come up with the fabrication you are looking for.

Design/Build

We've been supplying custom solutions for clients since our inception.

This requires a broad set of skills, resources and experience, which our portfolio shows that we have.

We work with Solidworks and Cad Cam to design and develop your part, assembly or process.

We provide solutions, from  concept to completion.

Reverse Engineering

With our tools and knowledge history, we're able to turn your part or assembly into a 3d model and develop a drawing package or the final product.
