Diemx Machine is a versatile provider of machining services and machined components. With our CNC controlled mills and Solid CAD/CAM modeling Diemx is capable of performing many complex machining operations. Families of parts are easily generated from our parametric modeling software. This provides our customers with the ability to make a family of parts for a fraction of the cost of traditional methods. The vibratory feeder bowl to the right is one of a family of 15 parts each different in some way. The CAM software generates over 20,000 lines of CNC code for each bowl. Diemx can also mass produce a broad range of low to high precision parts (from Structural Connections Plates to Die Cavities) With our multi-axis CNC machines and flexible magnetic fixturing we have developed an aggressive and competitive style of machining solutions.

Production cutting of raw stock is also available from Diemx. With our semi automatic vertical and horizontal saws we can cut 18" diameter and 11" x 20" rectangular stock.

Working with piping contractors Diemx has developed a system for cutting profiles required to mate pipes for welding at all angles. With our solid modeling we can derive the correct profile and fit for angled pipe stub welding.

We also specialize in square groove pipe ends.

Liquid Springs and Roll Balancers for rolling mills are available from Diemx. Using a compressible fluid these springs are self contained with NO external connection and are capable of custom preloads and spring constants. They are most commonly used to provide opening capacity for a rolling mill by balancing the work or backup rolls. They also have many industrial applications where a high reaction force is required in a limited space. These springs are capable of hundreds to tens of thousands of pounds of pre-load.
